Our practice manager Paul Wood has extensive knowledge in all areas of practice management based on over 30 years experience of working as a fee earner and practice manager. His experience is underpinned by the academic learning which resulted in his MA in Practice Management, from the University of Wolverhampton under the auspice of the Law Society and his qualification as a Lexcel Consultant.

The services can be tailored to the individual needs of each law firm, irrespective of size, and take account of the already available resources within the firm to ensure that the firm obtains the best possible advantage from the consultancy as well as it being cost effective.
