Doctors, nurses, dentists, physiotherapists have a duty to ensure that they take reasonable care when treating a patient. If there is a lack of care then compensation may be payable.
 
We have successfully litigated on a no win no fee basis claims involving poor surgical technique, poor diagnosis and simply failure to treat at all.
