Accidents At Work

Sadly accidents at work are all too common. Whether you work in an office, school or a building site accidents can happen and nearly always they are someone else's fault.

Compensation is payable when you are injured. This is paid by your employer's insurers.

Examples of accidents at work are typically slips on liquid, falling from ladders or objects falling on you. Falls over objects that should not be there or furniture simply giving way. Lifting injuries are also very common.

There are dozens of regulations that cover all manner of work situations all designed to give you protection from employers that are not careful enough. Failure to train an employee can result in that employee being injured and being entitled to compensation.
