If you need assistance in relation to planning applications, appeals enforcements and advice, or expert team is here to help.

Our Planning team is led by Steve Chapman who, after leaving local government in 2000, gained private sector experience working for a Wigan based property development company, private planning consultancies and a multi disciplinary consultancy in Manchester. In 2004, he set up his own very successful consultancy based in Liverpool, and is now a chartered town planner and a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Steve prides himself on giving very focussed and cost effective advice and his 40 years of work across both the public and private sectors has equipped him with unrivalled skills and experience. He has a team of trusted consultants ranging from highway engineers, architects, conservation specialists, tree specialists and environmental consultants that he can bring in to help with any project regardless of the location or requirements.

Whether you need advice and support with planning applications, appeals, enforcement problems, development potential reports, or any other planning or property development issues, our specialist team is on hand to help you.

Our conveyancing quotes are transparent, and all services that could reasonably be expected to be included in the price are listed.  Where we are not aware of an issue, for example, if we do not know that the property you are buying or selling is leasehold at the time you are enquiring, we will amend our quote and provide a new quote to you once we are aware of that circumstance, and ensure that you are happy with that additional quote before we go any further with your transaction.  If you have any questions regarding your quote and wish to discuss then we encourage you to contact our office to discuss.  Every quote is individually provided to you depending upon your unique transaction.
